1. Effective learner.
L. I'm focusing on learning a part of my life FOR the rest of my life. As culture is a lifelong thing, I guess that would be my focus.
I. Well, I've been learning and studying Japanese language and culture my whole life, but for senior project, I've gotten a lot more out of my service learning. I learn a lot from the various things I read there, and the activities I help out with. Talking with my "boss" is really helpful too.
A. Well, learning is always helpful and an educationally focused skill. I suppose that is how this ESLR will help me educationally.

2. Effective communicator.
L. Well, I would say speaking to people as well as putting other forms of medial communications is something I'm focusing on. I. For my independent components, I'm taking Japanese language classes. This enhances communication as itbis another language and will allow me to communicate with a whole other realm of people.
A. Communicating in education is extremely important as it is how you as questions. With Japanese language, I can ask and learn things in Japanese to Japanese people.
